Pimp My Camper Warranty Terms and Conditions
At Pimp My Camper, we are committed to providing high-quality craftsmanship and products that last. Our five-year warranty is designed to offer you peace of mind, covering all parts and labour related to our camper van and motorhome conversions.
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
All parts and labour for a period of five years from the date of completion of your conversion.
Electronic components (where applicable) are covered under a one-year warranty or the manufacturer's warranty, whichever is greater.
2. Exclusions
The following items and circumstances are not covered under this warranty:
Normal wear and tear of the vehicle or conversion elements (e.g., upholstery, flooring, etc.).
Accidental damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of the vehicle.
Modifications or repairs performed by third parties without prior authorization from Pimp My Camper.
Damage resulting from overloading, improper storage, or unauthorized alterations to the vehicle.
Routine maintenance and consumable items (e.g., tires, light bulbs, fluids).
3. Warranty Claims Process
If you experience an issue with your conversion, please contact us immediately. All warranty claims must be assessed by Pimp My Camper before any repair or replacement work is undertaken.
We will evaluate the issue and, if eligible, provide repair or replacement at no cost.
Where appropriate, we may arrange to collect the vehicle for assessment or repair, although transport costs may apply based on the location of the vehicle.
Claims arising from improper use or unauthorized modifications may result in the warranty being voided.
4. Customer Responsibility
Our warranty operates on the principle of fairness, and we expect customers to care for their camper van or motorhome responsibly. Claims resulting from negligence, misuse, or attempting to alter or repair components without our consent may not be covered under this warranty.
5. Warranty Extension and Transfer
We understand that circumstances change. This warranty can be extended beyond the original five-year term or transferred to a new owner if the vehicle is sold.
If you wish to extend or transfer the warranty, please contact Pimp My Camper to discuss your specific situation.
Each extension or transfer will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and terms may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition and history.
6. Good Faith Policy
While we are committed to assisting our customers to the best of our ability, Pimp My Camper reserves the right to refuse coverage for any claims that do not align with the terms of this warranty. We are dedicated to ensuring you never feel stranded, but we also seek to protect the integrity of our business and products from misuse.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute over a warranty claim, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation before considering legal action. We aim to settle any disputes in a fair and amicable manner.
8. Legal Rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. Any disputes arising under this warranty will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
